For the past two years, Adam J. Lewis Academy (AJLA) has been a joyful recipient of the Holiday Toy Drive organized by the Henry L. Farmer V Charitable Foundation. This incredible act of generosity has made a meaningful difference in the lives of our families, especially during the holiday season.

Adam J. Lewis Academy is a co-educational, PreK-Grade 8 independent school located in Bridgeport, CT. Guided by our motto, Hope Rising, we strive to empower children from all backgrounds to realize their potential. Through rigorous academics, creative and experiential learning, and strong family engagement, AJLA prepares students for a lifetime of intellectual exploration, personal growth, and moral citizenship.

Founded in memory of Adam Lewis, who tragically lost his life in the World Trade Center on 9/11, AJLA embodies his legacy of educational opportunity and hope.

Making the Holidays Brighter

The enormous donation of toys, games, and puzzles received by AJLA this past December made a profound impact on our community. Every family was welcomed to "shop" for gifts for their children. For many of our families, providing non-essential items during the holiday season is a financial challenge. The joy and relief they felt selecting a new game, stuffed animal, Lego set, or art kit to bring home were truly heartwarming.
